Is the headset plugged in correctly?
Is there a mute switch on the headset?
Is the computer’s audio muted or turned down?
Did you select the correct audio input device? You may have more than one microphone or input device so double check!
Make sure your browser is up to date. Also see the web browser requirements – Chrome & Firefox are recommended.
If you encounter problems during the session your tutor will contact our moderator for support.
